*Habikon will provide you with building plans at its own expense, provided you entrust us with the construction contract. A simple deposit will be paid on signature of the contract, which will be dedicated to the construction project. If, however, construction does not take place or is not entrusted to Habikon, the deposit is retained by Habikon to cover its advanced costs for the plans.
*Plans valued at $10,000 or less.
**The amount of the deposit will be determined according to the projected cost of the project.
